Riley is one of the sweet people that you meet in Haven Springs. One of Gabe's best friends and girlfriend to Mac; who we have a few choice names for! There are a few times in the game when you will have to go and look for Riley, and despite Haven Springs being small she can sometimes be a little aloof!
Find Riley in Chapter 2
In Chapter 2: Lanterns, Alex will need to find Riley in order to get some information on Mac. You can either find her before going to the Lethe's Flowers to talk to Eleanor, or you can do it after first talking to Mac. She will be down the Alley next to The Silver Dragon sat on a bench towards to riverside.
Find Riley in Chapter 3
One of the optional missions in Chapter 3: Monster or Mortal is to go talk to Riley about the USB drive. She is easier to find this time as she is working a shift at Lethe's Flowers. You can stop by to ask her how the hacking is going!

Find Riley in Chapter 4
No matter what college application answer you chose in Chapter 1, come Chapter 4: Flicker, Riley gets into university. At the Spring Festival she is nowhere to be seen, but after reading Eleanor's mind you find out that she is at the Bus Stop waiting to go away to college.
This is the same bus stop that you get off at in the beginning sequence of the game. Head all the way up Main Street and cross over the Bridge where you confronted Mac in Chapter 2. Head to the roadside and you will find Riley there with a suitcase where you can wish her luck, and choose whether to tell her about Eleanor's condition.
