It’s no secret that Final Fantasy XIV went all out on its marketing in time for the final expansion—the team even reached out to Grubhub to promote the game. Another unexpected collaboration that came out was with instrument maker Fender. Recently, Fender announced that they would be selling a limited-edition Final Fantasy XIV Fender Stratocaster bass guitar as part of their 75th-anniversary collection.

However, pre-order slots are limited, so you better start looking if you’re thinking of purchasing one!
The limited-edition guitar is expected to release sometime in January 2022.

The Final Fantasy XIV Stratocaster® features a 9.5” radius rosewood fingerboard and a Modern C shape, allowing the guitar to fit comfortably in one’s hand. It comes in one color (black) topped with translucent blue and purple edges to represent the Crystals of Darkness and Light. It also has a neck plate with the Final Fantasy XIV logo on it.
