Inside the shipwreck in "Seiraimaru," you'll encounter a Seelie that will lead you to a two-part puzzle that involves opening locked rooms within the boat. Start by completing the Memory Tile puzzles within the vicinity, or work on this puzzle in conjunction with the former.
Upon entering the "Seiraimaru" boat, you'll find a Seelie by the ramp beside the first Memory Tile puzzle. Follow it upward. If you haven't already cleared the Thunder Barrier within the area, you first need to pick up an Electrograna from the cliff outside the boat before following the Seelie's Path.
Rust-Worn Key Puzzle
The Seelie will lead you toward a door with a locked Common Chest, which will automatically unlock upon approaching it. Make sure to loot the Chest to obtain a Rust-Worn Key. After, interact with the door to get through, and then continue following the Seelie until you reach a door that can only be opened using the Rust-Worn Key.

Once inside the room, you'll encounter the same rotating puzzle from the entrance of the boat. Follow these instructions to solve the puzzle. The mechanisms can be rotated in any order.
- First mechanism: Rotate clockwise by 90 degrees twice.
- Second mechanism: Rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees three times.
- Third mechanism: Rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees twice.
- Fourth mechanism: Rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees once.
Intact Key Puzzle
After the first puzzle is complete, keep following the Seelie—it will lead you to the floor below, which is on the same ground as the second Memory Tile puzzle. Find the glowing puddle of water circled in the image above and loot the Common Chest (the photo above was taken after the Common Chest was claimed, which is why it's not pictured). It will give you an Intact Key.
Follow the Seelie to the nearby locked door and enter it using the Intact Key, bringing you to a room with another rotating puzzle.
Follow the instructions below to solve the puzzle. Like the one prior, the mechanisms can be rotated in any order.
- First mechanism: Rotate clockwise by 90 degrees twice.
- Second mechanism: Rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees twice.
- Third mechanism: Rotate clockwise by 90 degrees once.
- Fourth mechanism: Rotate clockwise by 90 degrees thrice.
Once that's done, you'll unlock the Luxurious Chest in the room, as well as the Wonders of the World Achievement called Davy Jones' Locker. Don't forget to continue following the Seelie as it leads you to an Electroculus and to the Seelie Post outside the boat, where another Common Chest awaits.
