The Unsent Letter is one of the most confusing collectibles to find in Lost Ark. As far as we can tell, there's only one set way to get this collectible that we've listed below. You must have made it to Rohendel and gotten as far as Xeneela Ruins.
Where to find the Unsent Letter collectible in Rohendel
To get this collectible, you must have gone through a bit of the main story because you need to be able to access Xeneela Ruins. Then, you will be able to find a quest giver NPC named Rotomu in Bambiri Village. Check the map and image below to find him easier.

Rotomu is lying on the ground, and he will ask you to complete a questline, Beast Attack, that awards the Unsent Letter. The questline requires you to talk to three people only a few feet away and then save a kitten by pressing F5.
You can then give him the kitten, and he will give you the Unsent Letter collectible. Besides that, we haven't found any other way to get this one.
